For the 2024 edition of the event, Panini Customer Service is instituting a new and improved system to streamline the redemption process – an appointment-only system. This decision aims to enhance efficiency and ensure that each participant receives the attention they deserve. Walk-ups will not be accommodated, emphasizing the importance of pre-registering for an appointment.

Commencing on July 2 at 10 am CT, the 2024 Panini Customer Service Pre-Registration for appointments opened its virtual doors. It is imperative for attendees to secure their slots through pre-registration, as the team is dedicated to serving those with confirmed appointments only. This approach guarantees a seamless experience for all participants involved in the Redemption/Trade program.

To be eligible for the Redemption/Trade program, attendees must possess non-expired redemptions and hold a ticket that has been active for a minimum of 120 days. The appointment slots are distributed across the five days of the convention, with varying numbers available each day to accommodate the influx of collectors. Attendees can choose a convenient time slot from the following options:

– Wednesday, July 24, 2024: 60 slots

– Thursday, July 25, 2024: 92 slots

– Friday, July 26, 2024: 92 slots

– Saturday, July 27, 2024: 92 slots

– Sunday, July 28, 2024: 64 slots
